Elevate specializes in boutique vacation rentals in and around the Clayton, Lake Burton, & Highlands, NC area. Owner, Kristy Favalli spent summers in these mountains as a child and is a major proponent of their natural beauty and magical splendor. “From making memories lounging around the firepit after a day of on the lake to seeking out the abundance of unique excursions that can be found in the reaches of Rabun County, this part of the North Georgia mountains is just remarkably special.”

The properties are distinctive and special. Guests vacationing in Elevate’s spaces find them colorful, light-filled, and happy. "My personal thought is that if I’m leaving the comforts of my own home, I want to stay somewhere that has something more or different to offer. I want it to be as nice or nicer than home but with all the same luxuries.”

Formerly an Atlanta restauranteur, Kristy brings her love for hospitality to her mountain venture. From providing a fabulous space for people to relax and unwind, to her suggestions for things to do around the area, she makes Elevate more than a place to stay.
